Refund Policy
RETURN INFORMATION
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and have all their tags on for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package.
PROCESSING
Please allow 5-7 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items within 30 days of of the date of receiving your package if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pr@yjackusa.com and send your item to: 2424 E 26th St., Vernon CA 90058, United States.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
